Our production cycle includes a dedicated prototype division with complete representation of mass production critical machines and all other equipments. This dedicated prototype division ensures quick turn around time from transfer prototype stage to mass production.

If the project is complicated, prototype and production work together to run a pilot batch to reassure that the entire process has been properly communicated among all parties.

Powertronix invests heavily in product testing equipment and test resource personnel. We can simulate multitudes of load and circuit possibilities with the wide range of test equipment.
We perform extensive series of tests at the prototype stage to verify the prototypes prior to mass production. Some of the detailed test results provide invaluable feedback to our design simulations. We constantly look for continual improvements to optimize the product development iterations and effectiveness.
Our mass production testing is based on international standards. Mass production is automated and keeps all our transformer test records to monitor the batch consistencies and continual improvements.

Over the last 18 years, we have maintained superior service in delivering transformers on time to our customers.
Some of our customers use Kanban, JIT (just in time delivery) and lean-manufacturing techniques to save money and improve quality. Some of our customers prefer component push/ pull techniques to balance with their market demands. We can cater to all of these various requirements.
Powertronix is headquartered in Foster City, CA and has it own warehouse capabilities to make sure customer demands are addressed from end-to-end.
We have qualified resources to load, unload, conduct safe-packing and safe-storing of all goods. We work with world leading freight forwarding companies to assure the shipment are properly arranged, picked up on time and delivered to our customer in a timely manner. Customers can track all shipments and monitor status at any point during delivery.
