METAL DISK MOUNTED
All Toroidal Transformers 15 - 1,100 VA are supplied with one
 metal disk and two rubber pads for  simple one screw mounting.

METAL DISK DIMENSIONS

Center-Potted

Larger Toroidal Transformers 1.5 kVA - 10 kVA, and low profile transformers with critical
height limitations, are center potted with a thru-hole for center screw mounting. The top of the
potting compund is recessed to accomodate the screw head.

Cylindrically Encapsulated

Toroidal Transformers 18 VA to 690 VA can be encapsulated in black cylindrical
enclosures for  attractive appearence and mechanical protection.

Flange Mounted

When vertical mounting is preferred, our Toroidal Transformers are supplied with square
mounting brackets. They provide a firm and stable support and can be delivered with or
without UL listed terminal blocks. Flange mounting is available from 80 VA - 10,000 VA.

Custom

  FLEXIBLE SIZE
The height and diameter of the toroidal core can be greatly varied to meet the
designers' requirements, as long  as the cross sectional area of the core is held constant.

The ideal transformer configuration is: Diameter = 2.5 x Height

Tell us about your mechanical limitations,
so we can design the best and most economical transformer for your
 application. Diameter to height ratios of 5:1 to 1.5:1 are possible

 POWERTRONIX also offers several special enclosures. Both metal and plastic
cases are available, as well as  custom made brackets. Please call for details.
