Sales Coordinator/Inside Sales Assistant

Job Description:

. Prepare quotations, specifications, sales letters, catalog requests and other sales and engineering material
. Support sales and engineering department with daily activities as well as monthly and quarterly projects and reports
. Support existing customers with account status, repeat orders, general requests, etc.
. Take repeat orders and get them registered into the system, set up confirmations, etc.
. Communicate with customers, suppliers, and Sales Representatives via phone, fax and e-mail
. Register and send out information to new prospects, as well as follow up on receipt of information, future requirements & quotations, etc.
. As well as general office duties such as answering the phone, faxing, filing, etc.

. College degree

Accounting Manager

Job Description:

Monitor and directly handle all accounting activities at Powertronix, including:

. Accounts Payable, review and approve bills, monitor check runs
. Accounts Receivable, monitor past dues and follow up late payments
. Reconcile Bank Statements
. Prepare Sales Tax Returns
. Prepare Financial Statements

Qualifications:

. Experience in small business environment.
. Experience in manufacturing/distribution industry is a big plus
. College degree with Accounting related courses.
. Knowledge and experience of Windows based computer programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access) and accounting software applications
. Team player with willingness to work closely with others
. Good communicator with great organizational skills

Staff Accounting

Job Description:

. Accounts Payable, process check runs, file and mail;
. Accounts Receivables, follow up by fax, phone and e-mail;
. Handle Credit Card Payments
. Assist in Reconciling Bank Statements
. Process Shipping notes and Invoices.
. Assisting with various tasks and documentation, such as W-9 forms, Resale Certificates & commission statements and Month-End-Closing

Job Description:

. Review material allocation requirements & bills of materials
. Plan purchase requirements, imports and export needs
. Request quotations, negotiate prices and delivery options and review specifications
. Place orders, follow up, receive in and accept goods
. Evaluate supplier performance (delivery, price, QA status, etc.)
. Communicate with sub-assemblers regarding their usage and inventory status
. Inventory organization/design
. Month end inventory status reports

Customer Service - Shipping & Logistics Coordinator

Job Description:
. Service and support our customers with order and delivery information.
. Enter sales orders in the accounting system
. Correspond with factories overseas
. Work closely with our warehouses to ensure shipping details
. Schedule shipments and generate shipping documents (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
. Handle logistics for all shipments and find solutions for multiple carriers
. Handle Credit Card Payments

Electrical Magnetic Engineer

Job Description:

. Develop and establish major account relationships with strategic prospects and customers.
. Create, develop and manage Powertronix new product design program.
. Manage, motivate, drive and direct the internal sales engineering group
. Interpret designs and provide overall design assessment and management
. Ensure that all program objectives are met, including schedule, feature set, cost/margin, and development cost.
. Analyze and make critical decisions with minimum data, by influencing and communicating with all levels of the organization and with experience of business level decision making, General Management thinking.

Technical Support Engineer

Job Description:

Together with sales, engineering and purchasing, provide technical support and documentation to our customers and suppliers. Job duties includes:

. Mechanical & Electrical specifications on New product developments
. Prototype test and evaluations.
. Testing, Evaluation and Corrective Actions of RMAs
. Selection and sourcing of Electrical and Mechanical components.
. Locate and contact Suppliers & Distributors and discuss / negotiate price and delivery terms.
. Communicate with Customers, Supplies, Sales Representatives as well as all departments at Powertronix.


Qualifications:
. Technical education in Electrical Engineering, preferably College degree,
. Working knowledge of computer programs such as Word, Excel, Autocad,

Sales and Marketing Analyst

Job Description:

You will be a key contributor in driving business growth through extensive information resources. You will gather and examine information relating to the sale of company products. Conduct market research using a variety of techniques such as surveys and comparison to competitors' product. Analyzes factors such as pricing, distribution, and product performance. Provide statistical reports and recommendations to management and contributes to strategic planning and new product forecasting. This includes:

. Customer segmentation and profiling
. Analyze sales, asset and market share information for trends, profitability and relevant facts, and provide written summaries pertinent to management
. Maintain and develop database and spreadsheet infrastructure/methodologies.
. Develop target audiences for sales and marketing campaigns, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and report findings to management.
. Participate in production / proofing of web sites and promotional material.

Sales Area Manager

Job Description:
This position requires an enthusiastic and self-driven individual who can double sales in the territory within the next 2 years. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly intelligent and motivated individual to gain knowledge and experience in the OEM market place.

Primary Responsibilities:
. Analyze existing customers, industries and markets and identify new accounts and applications for Powertronix products.
. Locate engineering and purchasing contacts at new accounts and call, qualify and sell in Powertronix products and services.
. Provide technical sales support to customers and prospects, and furnish the internal sales organization with sales and application information.
. Make quotations, sales letters and other sales promotional material.
. Organize and systematically follow up on inquires and quotations. Work with and follow up on appointed regional sales representatives.
. Visit new and existing customers on your own or together with sales representatives and "close the sale".
. Attend trade shows and actively work and promote Powertronix products in shows where we participate.
. Initiate search of, analyze, interview, and appoint new sales representatives.
